Orveon Taps Christina Hull as Chief Transformation Officer

Orveon, which owns BareMinerals, Buxom Cosmetics and Laura Mercier, has appointed Christina Hull as its chief transformation officer.
 
Hull has a proven track record of realizing value creation by leveraging her deep knowledge of beauty and extensive network.
 
In her role, she will focus on accelerating organization performance through creation, communication, and execution of strategic initiatives, including leading M&A. As a member of the Orveon executive committee, she will partner with “Orveoners” throughout the collective to focus on achieving revenue and EBITDA targets with particular attention to delivery of Orveon’s value creation plans.

About Hull

Hull began her career at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division, where she focused on Mergers and Acquisitions in the Consumer and Retail Group. During her time at Goldman Sachs, she provided guidance on transactions involving prominent companies such as Berkshire Hathaway, Carter’s, and Home Depot. After leaving Goldman Sachs, she joined GF Capital, where she advised The Estée Lauder Companies on strategic acquisitions and divestitures.
 
In the subsequent years, Hull played a crucial role in investing the firm’s institutional private equity funds, leading the team to successful investments in various industries, including beauty, fashion, wellness, lifestyle, home and media. Over time, she broadened the fund’s portfolio into Asia using a synergistic and vertically integrated network that fostered new brand partnerships, created new revenue streams, and led to direct bids for company acquisitions.
 
Hull also co-founded Chief, a private membership network that aims to connect and support women executive leaders. She is committed to helping individuals and teams reach their full potential.
